All participants should submit their application and abstract following the guidelines.

Places are limited! Be sure to submit your abstract on time and follow the guidelines to ensure your participation.

Submit your file as .doc and name it as follows: Surname_abstract_GCNPM2026

All abstracts must be submitted via the following online form (NOT via email) and using the provided template.

  • Please respect the provided template format.
  • All uploaded documents must not exceed 1 page length.
  • All uploaded documents must be submitted in .doc or .docx format.

After you complete and submit the form, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please contact the conference secretariat.

    Your conference registration fee covers full access to all scientific sessions, daily lunches and scheduled coffee breaks, and Conference dinner.

    Please note: The accompanying persons will be required to pay the conference dinner fee separately.

    How to register

    To complete your registration, please follow these steps:

    Bank Transfer
    • Transfer the registration fee to the following bank account:

    • Please indicate the following reference in the transfer concept:
      gcnpm_surname name
    • Send proof of payment (bank receipt) to the following e-mail: gcnpm2026@ehu.eus
    Step 2.
    Request Your Invoice
    After completing the bank transfer, please send an email to gcnpm2026@ehu.eus with the following details:

    • Full name of the Company/Institution
    • VAT number
    • Full postal address
    • Proof of the payment (bank receipt)

    • Full name and surname(s) 
    • National ID / Passport number  
    • Full postal address   
    • Proof of payment (bank receipt)  

    This information is required in order to issue your invoice correctly.
