CONFERENCE PRESENTATIONS

Language: The official language of the conference is English.

Presentations

The Conference presentations will consist of plenary lectures, invited lectures and oral communications:

  • Plenary lectures: 45 minutes long.
  • Invited lectures: 30 minutes long.
  • Oral communications: 15 minutes long.

Technical aspects: Data-Video-Projector connected to a local computer (running on Windows operating system) will be available for MS PowerPoint (.pptx, .ppt) and Adobe Acrobat (full screen formatted .pdf). The projection will be in 16:9 format. For other facilities, we advise to contact the organizers. The local computer is available, using own computers is exceptional and please inform about such requirement in advance. We recommend uploading your presentation at least one day before the lecture is scheduled, so as to have time for a proof.

GUIDELINES

Oral Presentations

  • The presentation must be prepared in 16:9 format
  • There isn’t any template mandatory for the presentation.
  • The presentations must contain GCNPM 2026 logo. You can download the logo package (SVG, PDF, WEBP, and PNG formats, in both horizontal and vertical versions here)

Posters

  • A0 format (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm).
  • The poster must contain GCNPM 2026 logo (You can download the logo package (SVG, PDF, WEBP, and PNG formats, in both horizontal and vertical versions here).
  • There isn’t any template mandatory for the poster.
